Csoda Electro-rubber

 I finished my CSODA Electro Rubber model and it's  ready for the SAM 2025 events.

 

This is a kit that was given to me by Tom Ryan and he got it from PACO Modell in Budapest.  This is the same model company that made the Pelikan

that I’ve been flying for the last year.

I’m also planning on building a couple of other Electro Rubber models that performed well in the World Champs:  SOKOL 465 G and the VEGA 5.

What causes one wing to stall before the other

 

 This will happen when you turn with too high an angle of attack, particularly with  rudder only (as in an OT or RES sailplane) to control your turn. It's not the mysterious "tip stall" that surprises too many.

Playboy Junior

The SAM site lists 5 Playboy Juniors. They differ in scale and aspect ratios. Some are slab-sided and some have 8 longerons like the Playboy Senior
